Tiare Hawaii Shipping Policy:

• Shipping transit times are usually 2-7 business days for domestic depending on your state and 7-10 business days for international.
• If you wish to expedite your shipping, we provide a 2-day shipping option at checkout. 2 day shipping is guaranteed if placed before 12PM PST. Expedited shipping charges will be non-refundable regardless of delivery date.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal US Holidays are shipped the next business day.
• Tracking will be updated within 48 hours of purchase M-F. Tracking for orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will be posted by Tuesday.
• All orders will be taxed according to the state tax rules that it is shipping to.
• International customers are responsible for country duties and fees that may be placed upon international deliveries.
• All orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS/FedEx/USPS. Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS, and transit time may take longer.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Tiare Hawaii has always been a small, Female-Operated brand and we’re appreciative of your support! We understand that when you shop from your computer, tablet, or phone, what you see isn’t always what you get. So if a color, cut, fit or feel isn’t just right we’re happy to offer you a store credit for a future purchase or to exchange your Tiare Hawaii purchase for a different item(s)!

• Merchandise eligible for a return/exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in their original package, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
• Currently, we only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment, we issue a gift card in the total of your purchase minus shipping.
• We offer free exchanges for eligible items through our Returns and Exchanges Portal.
• For international orders we are not able to process exchanges at this time. We will provide store credit for any items you’d like to return within our return policy guidelines.
• Please keep in mind that our SALE SECTION is FINAL SALE. Anything on sale or promoted via flashale or bundled is all FINAL SALE & and ineligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
• If an item is ineligible for a Return/Exchange and it is included, we will send back the ineligible Item to you.
• All returns/exchanges shipped to our warehouse will be processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• Exchange shipments are sent within 2-3 business days of processing exchange.
• Please report damages within 3 days of receipt.
