Thank you for your interest in Tiare Hawaii! All our garments are handmade with love in Bali. We use traditional techniques of printing and dyeing. Differences in each garment are part of their handmade charm. Therefore, inconsistencies are to be expected since no two pieces are exactly the same. Discoloration or inconsistencies in dye is not considered to be damaged. All damaged or missing items must be reported within two days of receiving your shipment. Before sending an item back please email us with a picture and a description of the damage, as previously stated all our items are handmade so inconsistencies are to be expected. If an item is missing or damaged we will gladly replace it or issue a credit towards your next purchase.
In order to receive the wholesale pricing we require a minimum order of $700. This will create a strong presentation of Tiare Hawaii in your shop. However, we are flexible on the number pieces per style that you must order. For custom orders please allow 8 to 10 weeks for your items to be manufactured.

Orders are shipped once payment has been received. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard. Other forms of payment must be approved prior to shipping.
Once payment has been processed we will ship within 2 business days. Generally, we ship using USPS, as it is most economical method. We are open to using other shipping methods, just let us know prior to us processing payment. Shipping rates vary depending on location, weight, and number of boxes. We will provide tracking numbers upon request.
