Return/Exchange Policy

Aloha!

Tiare Hawaii is a small (but growing!), Female-Operated brand and we’re appreciative of your love and support! We understand that when you shop from your computer, tablet, or phone, what you see isn’t always what you get. So if a color, cut, fit or feel isn’t just right we’re happy to offer you a few different options to make sure you have the best experience possible with our brand.

  • Merchandise eligible for a return/exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in their original package, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.

  • We recommend utilizing our free exchange option to avoid paying the cost of return shipping as well as a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refunded amount. We understand that not every garment will fit every body, so we are always happy to provide additional measurements and insight to help you find the right fit for you.   • The cost of return shipping is $8.99 and will be deducted from the return to store credit or refund to the original form of payment.

  • If returning 1-4 items, there is a restocking fee of $5 that will be deducted from your refund to the original form of payment. If returning 5+ items, there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund to the original form of payment.

  • For international orders, customers will be charged the cost of the return label that will be deducted from the return to store credit or refund to the original form of payment.

  • Please keep in mind that our SALE SECTION is FINAL SALE. Anything on sale or promoted via site wide sale is all FINAL SALE & and ineligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.

  • We understand that there are exceptions with damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to aloha@tiarehawaii.com within 3 business days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. Our team will reach out to you with a resolution after the damage photo has been inspected.

  • Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier error or weather exceptions.

  • If an item is ineligible for a Return/Exchange and it is included, we will send back the ineligible Item to you.

  • All returns/exchanges shipped to our warehouse will be processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

  • Exchange shipments are sent within 2-3 business days of processing exchange.

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

Any credit card charge-backs will be handled by our collection agency. We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a charge-back, this may help avoid ruining your credit. You will automatically be put into collection if we receive a charge-back for products we shipped to your shipping address. Our collection agency will start billing you if they are not paid within 30 days and your information will be reported to the Credit Bureau Agency. We take credit card scams very seriously and we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, please email us with your concerns.
