Return/Exchange Policy
Aloha! We want you to love your Tiare Hawaii items but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase we offer a simple return and exchange system to help you find your perfect piece of paradise.
Tiare Hawaii has always been a small, Female-Owned brand and while we’re always growing and appreciative of your support, our return and exchange policies can’t compete with larger brands but we’ll always work with you to make sure you’re not only satisfied but have a great customer service experience with a personal touch.
*Please note that domestic orders only are eligible for returns and exchanges at this time. International orders may be returned for store credit.
DOMESTIC ORDER RETURN DETAILS
We understand that when you shop from your computer, tablet, or phone, what you see isn’t always what you get. So if a color, cut, fit or feel isn’t just right we’re happy to offer you a store credit for a future purchase. If you want to exchange your Tiare Hawaii purchase for a different item or items, we have a separate process below just for that.
- We offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
- Please report damages within 3 days of receipt of item.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- During the returns process, if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are on sale.
- If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you.
- Please keep in mind that our SALE SECTION is FINAL SALE. Anything over 30% off is considered to be FINAL SALE as well. This includes our Holiday promotions and discount codes. Don't hesitate to reach out to aloha@tiarehawaii.com or our Chat Feature for additional information.
- Because of the nature of our deep-discounted Mystery Box bundles, please note that all three sale bundles are considered FINAL SALE. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns on any of the individual pieces within the bundle purchased. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any customs duties charged internationally. Since our mystery boxes are heavily discounted, there will be no stacking of other promotions with these items.
EXCHANGES:
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Before you start the Exchange process, please be reminded we can only offer this option on domestic orders due to the state of shipping rates. Thank you and please read on when you’re ready.
- Please go to our Returns/Exchanges Portal to initiate a return. Once you enter your email address a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to Exchange.
- Please note that you are only allowed an exchange once per order.
- Once we receive your exchange request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for the exchange request to be processed and shipped.
- Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and your Exchange will arrive to you within 2-3 business days once shipped.
We are not able to process exchanges for international orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURN DETAILS
Due to the current state of shipping costs we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders but we’re happy to provide store credit for any items you’d like to return within our policy guidelines.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
- Please report damages within 3 days of receipt of item.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Include your invoice and eligible items in your return package.
- Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 2-4 business days for Tiare Hawaii to process, then we will email you a discount code containing your store credit.
- Please obtain tracking for your records.
- We are not able to process exchanges for international orders.
