Tiare Hawaii has always been a small, Female-Operated brand and we’re appreciative of your support! We understand that when you shop from your computer, tablet, or phone, what you see isn’t always what you get. So if a color, cut, fit or feel isn’t just right we’re happy to offer you a store credit for a future purchase or to exchange your Tiare Hawaii purchase for a different item(s)!

  • Merchandise eligible for a return/exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in their original package, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Currently, we only offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment, we issue a gift card in the total of your purchase minus shipping.
  • We offer free exchanges for eligible items through our Returns and Exchanges Portal. 
  • For international orders we are not able to process exchanges at this time. We will provide store credit for any items you’d like to return within our return policy guidelines.
  • Please keep in mind that our SALE SECTION is FINAL SALE. Anything on sale or promoted via flashale or bundled is all FINAL SALE & and ineligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
  • Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
  • If an item is ineligible for a Return/Exchange and it is included, we will send back the ineligible Item to you.
  • All returns/exchanges shipped to our warehouse will be processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
  • Exchange shipments are sent within 2-3 business days of processing exchange.
  • Please report damages within 3 days of receipt.
