Tiare Hawaii is a small (but growing!) female-founded & operated brand, and we’re so grateful for your love and support. If the color, cut, fit, or feel of your piece isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help ensure you have the best experience with our brand. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse and processed by our team, you will receive a store credit in the form of an eGift Card.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
All garments must be returned unwashed, unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Return shipping is $8.99, which will be deducted from the store credit issued for your return.
• Need help with sizing?
We understand that not every garment fits every body the same way. Our team is happy to provide additional measurements or fit guidance to help you find the right piece. Please email aloha@tiarehawaii.com with any questions.
• Final Sale Items
Items purchased from our Sale section or during sitewide promotions are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact aloha@tiarehawaii.com within 3 business days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. Our team will review the issue and follow up with a resolution.
• Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable. Tiare Hawaii is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or weather-related events.
• Ineligible Return Items
If an ineligible item is included in your return, it will be shipped back to you.
• Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process it.
CHARGEBACK POLICY:
If you have any concerns with your order, we kindly ask that you contact our team at aloha@tiarehawaii.com so we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our customer care team may delay resolution and limit our ability to assist you directly. We are always happy to work with our customers to find a fair solution.
In cases where a chargeback is filed for merchandise that was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Tiare Hawaii reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and pursue recovery of the funds through the appropriate channels, which may include a third-party collections agency if necessary.
We take fraudulent activity seriously and actively investigate chargebacks related to delivered merchandise.
