- We offer our domestic customers FREE SHIPPING! We use the USPS for our free shipping.
- We are shipping orders quickly, but cannot guarantee delivery dates and can only provide estimates at this time. Shipping transit times are usually 2-7 business days for domestic and 7-10 business days for international. If you wish to expedite your shipping, we provide additional shipping carrier options at checkout. Over 95% of our expedited orders are arriving on time!
- Expedited shipping charges will be non-refundable regardless of delivery date.
- All orders will be packed and shipped the same day of ordering. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
- Tracking will be updated within 48 hours of purchase M-F.
- Shipping transit times are usually 2-10 business days for domestic and 7-10 business days for international.
- All orders will be taxed according to the state tax rules that it is shipping to.

- Tiare Hawaii garments are handmade with love in Bali. We use traditional techniques of printing and dyeing. Differences in each garment are part of their handmade charm. Inconsistencies are to be expected since no two pieces are exactly the same. Discoloration or inconsistencies in dye are not considered to be damaged.
- Tiare Hawaii offers online exchanges only, we do not offer refunds at this time. Merchandise must be returned unworn and with the Tiare Hawaii tag attached. The exchange must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
- If items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that our items are handmade so inconsistencies are to be expected and each piece is one of a kind.
- All sale or discounted items are FINAL, no exchanges.
