• Tiare Hawaii offers online exchanges only, NO REFUNDS. Merchandise must be returned unworn and with the Tiare Hawaii tag attached. The returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All sale or discounted items are FINAL, no exchange. 

• If items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Before sending an item back, please email us at customerservicetiarehawaii@gmail.com with a picture and a description of the damage. As previously mentioned, all of our items are handmade so inconsistencies are to be expected. If an item is missing or damaged we will gladly replace it or issue a credit towards your next purchase.
