S/M: 0-8
M/L: 4-12
Most of our items are sized "One Size", which is cut the same as S/M. All of our items are made of 100% lightweight Rayon and the majority of our dresses feature elastic which is why they fit a range of body types. The items that are sized S/M or M/L normally have a side zipper or do not feature elastic. Tiare Hawaii offers online exchanges only, NO REFUNDS. Merchandise must be returned unworn and with the Tiare Hawaii tag attached. The returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All sale or discounted items are FINAL, no exchange.
- If items are damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Why does the tie-dyed item I received not look exactly like the online photo?
- Tiare Hawaii garments are handmade with love in Bali. We use traditional techniques of printing and dyeing. Differences in each garment is part of their handmade charm. Therefore, inconsistencies are to be expected since no two pieces are exactly the same. Discoloration or inconsistencies in dye are not considered to be damaged.
- Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting and effects and individual screen color calibration. Please email info@tiarehawaii.com for questions regarding item details.
Before sending an item back, please email us at info@tiarehawaii.com with a picture and a description of the damage. As previously mentioned, all of our items are handmade so inconsistencies are to be expected. If an item is missing or damaged we will gladly replace it or issue a credit towards your next purchase.
