Tiare Hawaii Shipping Policy:

• Shipping transit times are usually 2-7 business days for domestic depending on your state and 7-10 business days for international.
• If you wish to expedite your shipping, we provide a 2-day shipping option at checkout. 2 day shipping is guaranteed if placed before 12PM PST. Expedited shipping charges will be non-refundable regardless of delivery date.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal US Holidays are shipped the next business day.
• Tracking will be updated within 48 hours of purchase M-F. Tracking for orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will be posted by Tuesday.
• All orders will be taxed according to the state tax rules that it is shipping to.
• International customers are responsible for country duties and fees that may be placed upon international deliveries.
• All orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS/FedEx/USPS. Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS, and transit time may take longer.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Tiare Hawaii is a small (but growing!), Female-Operated brand and we’re appreciative of your love and support! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a color, cut, or fit isn’t just right, we’re happy to offer you a few different options to make sure you have the best experience possible with our brand.

• Merchandise eligible for a return/exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in their original package, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.

Exchanges (recommended option- no return shipping or restocking fees!)

• We recommend utilizing our free exchange option to avoid paying the cost of return shipping as well as a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refunded amount. We understand that not every garment will fit every body, so we are always happy to provide additional measurements and insight to help you find the right fit for your exchange. Please email aloha@tiarehawaii.com with any fit questions or concerns.
• Please keep in mind that our SALE SECTION is FINAL SALE. Anything on sale or promoted via site wide sale is all FINAL SALE & and ineligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
• All exchanges shipped to our warehouse will be processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
• Exchange shipments are sent within 2-3 business days of processing exchange.

Returns (shipping/restocking fees apply)

• The cost of return shipping is $8.99 and will be deducted from the return to store credit or refund to the original form of payment.
• If returning 1-4 items, there is a restocking fee of $5 that will be deducted from your refund to the original form of payment. If returning 5+ items, there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund to the original form of payment.
• For international orders, customers will be charged the cost of the return label that will be deducted from the return to store credit or refund to the original form of payment.
• Please keep in mind that our SALE SECTION is FINAL SALE. Anything on sale or promoted via site wide sale is all FINAL SALE & and ineligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.
• We understand that there are exceptions with damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to aloha@tiarehawaii.com within 3 business days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. Our team will reach out to you with a resolution after the damage photo has been inspected.
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier error or weather exceptions but we will always do our best to help you.
• If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will send back the ineligible Item to you.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

We strongly recommend that you contact us before simply filing a chargeback, this may help avoiding delays in regards to refunds to the original form of payment. Please keep in mind that we cannot process a refund if a chargeback is opened. The chargeback will need to be closed prior to us being able to process anything on our end. All chargebacks will be reviewed and disputed as necessary.
